Meet the team

Duncan joined T&P in September 2004, and having progressed through the company from Graduate Engineer to Associate Director now manages all the remediation and earthworks services on offer by T&P.

Over the years Duncan has accrued a detailed understanding of waste legislation, risk assessment and material management which along with sound consideration for commercial planning has proved invaluable in delivering cost effective design solutions for a number of challenging contaminated land redevelopment scenarios.

As a senior member of the team Duncan is a big contributor to team projects, believing that effective working relationships, both within the business and with the clients, rely on proactive communication to identify effective solutions to move projects forward.

In his spare time Duncan enjoys running around the Bristol Downs while swinging kettlebells overhead in all weather conditions. However, when not engaging in this odd behaviour he also loves cooking, attending varied musical events and working through his extensive board game collection with friends and family.
