Meet the team

As owner and founder of T&P, Mike has almost 30 years’ experience in the geo-environmental engineering sector, encompassing both geotechnics and contaminated land assessment/remediation design, working in both engineering consultancies and the house building industry.  The latter imparted a strong commercial awareness, and this allied to his technical experience enables Mike to assess projects quickly and effectively to help ascertain the most appropriate solutions for the client.  A strong team player Mike firmly believes that to properly support a client you must communicate frequently to understand their business properly.  He is committed to ensuring that all at T&P Regen endeavour to do so on a continual basis to achieve our aim of being the best Geo-Environmental business our clients have ever worked with.

Away from T&P Regen he is a family man with two great kids and a long-suffering wonderful wife.  Mike loves being in the mountains on his snowboard whenever he can and whilst he’s a bit too old to play rugby anymore, still really enjoys watching it – especially with an accompanying beer and some good company!
